The validation of the order by the Customer requires the finalization of the purchase process within the framework of an order on the website http://www.hartfullart.com

 

Order validation

After validation of the order, the customer receives a confirmation message to the given email address. This message contains the order number which must be mentioned for each exchange. The order becomes final only after receipt of payment.

 

Nature of works sold

All the paintings for sale on the website are offered by the painter Hartfull registered with the artists' house.

All tables are accompanied by description in the form of texts and images. HartfullArt cannot be held responsible in the event that certain errors affect the characteristics of the product (colors, shades, measurements).

 

The artist status confers a right of tax deduction for client companies.

The artist Hartfull retains his right to his creations.

The purchaser will have no right of representation, distribution or reproduction.

Any use of a visual of the works must be the subject of a request for authorization.

 

How to order one or more paintings

To order one or more paintings, you must:

° create an account

° go to the page of the painting you want to acquire

° click on the "Add to cart" button

° next page "Cart": click "view cart"

° next page "summary of the order": click "payment"

° follow the banking process (to which we do not have access)

 

Price and payment

Prices are displayed in euros

The HartfullArt structure is not subject to VAT, the prices indicated are therefore net.

Shipping costs will be indicated when the final price of the basket is displayed

 

Payment methods accepted

- Credit cards (blue, visa, mastercard, american express...)

 

Payment security

The banking information that you transmit on the bank's website is encrypted (SSL protocol): nothing passes in clear on the web. In addition, they are verified directly with the paying agency. You are thus doubly protected against abuse and fraud.

Your bank details are not communicated to Hartfull Art.

 

Confirmation of payment and order

The validation is done by email, as soon as the payment has been accepted by HartfullArt. This validation will be accompanied by the invoice.

 

Delivery shipments-receptions

The preparation and shipment of the table (s) will be carried out to the delivery address indicated within 5 to 7 working days. The delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your ordering process. A tracking link will be provided by the carrier or by myself.

 

Delivery zone: France and international

By La Poste (colissimo) preferably or by a carrier, a tracking number is provided.

• Depending on the country and its regulations, a signature may be requested upon receipt.

• Still depending on the country, import or customs taxes may be added; these will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• In the event of absence upon receipt, the carrier will inform the buyer of its terms and conditions.

Upon receipt, the buyer is asked to check its contents, to indicate whether the package is damaged, or even the canvas. If it is impossible to check, indicate on the delivery voucher "subject to unpacking". Take pictures if possible if the package arrives damaged.

Return modalities

In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. During this period you can return the works to me (the return shipping costs will be at your expense). The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the works.

 

Liability and Guarantee

The present contract is regulated by French law. The contract is established in French and prevails over any other language. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. If the consumer does not want to go to a mediator, or this has not led to the desired result, the customer can go to court.
